GROUP A These sessions are designed to challenge and refine the skills of more experienced players. Training will include advanced drills in ball mastery, shooting, crossing, and tactical positioning in one-on-one situations. Players will work on enhancing both offensive and defensive capabilities. To support performance and reduce injury risk, soccer drills will be paired with strength and conditioning exercises focused on power, agility, and endurance. This balanced approach helps optimize performance and ensures players are physically prepared to execute their skills effectively in match situations. GROUP B These sessions will focus on building a strong foundation through a combination of drills that emphasize ball mastery, passing, and receiving. The training will also include fun and practical games to help reinforce these skills in a dynamic way. This approach keeps players engaged and motivated while helping them develop confidence and essential technical abilities. The goal is to create a solid skill base that players can continue to build on.
